To use the Event Insurance, you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email's time stamp will be the date we use to determine your option(s). Provide the player's name and the name of the event from which you are canceling, as well as the option you prefer (e.g., refund, transfer, etc.). You need NOT provide any reason for canceling. We will send you an email, with confirmation of your request for the change or refund.
The insurance option can be used ONLY one time for the one REGIONAL EVENT for which it was purchased. If you transfer to another event, and again find you cannot participate, you will have to pay the applicable transfer fee to change events a second time. If you transfer to an event with a higher registration fee, you will have to pay any difference.
In the case of a natural disaster, such as a hurricane, earthquake, tornado, etc. we will do our best to reschedule the event but can not guarantee that all of the colleges originally listed will be in attendance. In these cases, the clinic may be cancelled in advance. If it can’t be rescheduled, we will refund your registration fee less any expenses that we have already incurred.
